DK88 Terms and Conditions for Players

Every platform needs house rules, and ours are short. At DK88, they tell you who may join, how money moves, how bonuses are cleared and which law governs a dispute.

USD amounts are the platform figures, and RM is the display currency.

Age Limit and Prohibited Territories

Players must be adults. The minimum is 18, and it rises to your local gambling age when that is 19 or more.

Signing up includes a tick box. By ticking it, you state that you are 18 or older and accept these rules. You cannot finish registering without it, so read the rules first.

Prohibited Territories

People in some places may not play at DK88. If you are there, you cannot use our service.

Players located in these places cannot join: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Belarus, Australia, Singapore, Comoros, Belize, Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten. Any FATF blacklist jurisdiction is closed too.

One Profile per Person at DK88

You may hold a single account. The operator may end the wagering contract when it finds one of these cases:

  • Several accounts that belong to one person, such as a profile set up with another person's details.
  • Users who act together as a coordinated group.
  • Fraudulent payments and chargebacks.
  • Collusion between users.

Any one of them lets the operator cancel the contract.

Our platform runs on USD, while your screen shows RM. Currency conversion may take place when you pay. The operator does not cover any loss caused by that conversion.

DK88 Payments: Deposits and Withdrawals

Pay in first. Pay-outs open afterwards.

  1. Make your first deposit. Withdrawals stay locked until it succeeds.
  2. See the minimum for your payment method on the deposit page.
  3. Ask for a withdrawal once your account is in order.

The cashier lists RM 30 as the lowest deposit for each method. If a deposit page names no minimum, our terms fall back to USD 5. Your payment provider sets the cap for each transaction, and fees vary between methods.

A no-deposit promotion does not change this rule. Withdrawals start only once you have made a first deposit.

Bonus Conditions at DK88

Every promotion has its own terms, and the general Bonus Policy stands behind them all. Three rules cover each offer:

  • Each bet uses your cash balance first. Only when that cash is gone do we move on to bonus funds, and you cannot reorder this.
  • Bets that fall outside a promotion's terms, such as a barred game or event, add nothing to your wagering.
  • Miss the wagering deadline and we cancel the bonus plus every win it produced, without warning.

Wagering on deposits runs first-in, first-out. We work off the earliest deposit that still has open wagering. Parallel deposits each carry a separate requirement.

Identity Checks and Your Data

Until an identity and anti-money-laundering check is done, the operator can hold a withdrawal or the full account. For this check, DK88 may ask for:

  • Proof of identity.
  • Proof of residence.
  • Proof of wealth.
  • Proof of funds.
  • Evidence that the payment account belongs to you.
  • A video call for verification.

We use your data to run the account, carry out compliance checks and deliver the service. Data stays on file for as long as needed and no longer. Support can give you access, correct a detail or delete it on request.

When DK88 Closes an Account

The operator may shut an account whenever it chooses. What remains in the balance returns to you minus withdrawal fees.

Governing Law and Language at DK88

Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Anjouan. The reference is the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005. Only the courts there can hear a dispute.

If texts differ, English prevails.
